IBM strikes another gold vein in analytics...

The Economist recently carried an article on IBM and work being done by  Dr Eben Haber at the Almaden Research Centre in San Jose, CA.  This is good stuff!  In my view this is a deep, deep gold vein that will yield huge results in the years ahead for sales and marketing systems.

For all you marketing automation geeks, the notion of applying psychological dimensions to the sales and marketing process is the gold vein...

It clearly in its infancy and IBM is well positioned to leverage this research in their marketing toolbox, however, psychological solutions exist in the market today that can be applied in many marketing automation platforms.

If you'd like to know me.
